STAB magazine wanted to create a new print publication to attract a younger and digitally-inclined demographic. VALIANT is STAB’s newest offshoot telling authentic stories of athletes in the sports scene beyond surfing.

Since my audience are digitally-inclined (Youtube junkies, video bloggers, etc), I used the idea of glitches to give it a digital look paired with bold typeface as if it's trying to make a statement. This visual language is seen across inside pages.
